Box Office Information
Season Tickets must be purchased through JacksonBroadway.com and cannot be purchased at the venue box office. The Season Ticket helpline can be reached at 601-439-5229, Monday-Thursday 9AM-5PM and Friday 9AM-1PM.
The Thalia Mara Hall Box Office is open 2 hours prior to each event. Single tickets can only be purchased at the box office window prior to 2 hours before curtain; purchasing in advance of show day must be done through JacksonBroadway.com.
Box office entrance is located on the first floor on the west side of the building.

Box Office representatives will be available onsite for every performance. The box office will open 2 hours prior to performance time. If tickets are still available, tickets will be available for purchase onsite.
