I cannot attend one of my performances due to a conflict. How do I exchange my tickets?

If you’re unable to attend tour scheduled performance, you may exchange your tickets for another performance.  Due to the popularity of some shows, ticket exchanges may not be available or may only be available for a limited window of time.  You’ll be responsible for paying any difference in ticket prices, and your Season Ticket Holder Discount will not apply to your new ticket purchase.  Please contact our box office to exchange your tickets 601.439.5229 (Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm) or email Subscribe@JacksonBroadway.com

When will I receive my season tickets?

All Season Ticket Holders, should print their performance tickets through the AccountManager.

Please access your account on a Desktop, Laptop computer or Mac with access to a printer. Printing from a mobile device is not available at this time.  If you are having difficulty please Email us at Subscribe@JacksonBroadway.com.  If you are unable to print your tickets, contact the Box Office and we will have the tickets for you at the Box Office Will Call Stand. However, to avoid any wait times at the Thalia Mara Hall - we recommend you take time to print your tickets from home.

Can the benefit of ordering priority tickets for added shows or extra tickets to season shows be extended to family and friends?

For security purposes, the only people who may access information or order additional tickets tied to a Season Ticket account are the names listed on the account. We are happy to provide additional tickets to Jackson Live! show for your family and friends, but the request must come from the account holder(s). All tickets ordered will be mailed to the address on the account. Ticket limits may vary by show.

Can I purchase additional tickets?

Season Ticket Holders may purchase additional tickets to share their experience with loved ones. Tickets may be purchased by logging into your subscriber account or calling the Box Office at 601.439.5229 (Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm) or email Subscribe@JacksonBroadway.com

If I change my mind, can I cancel the season subscription and receive a refund?

Season Ticket purchases are final sale, unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds once payment for your Season Ticket Holder package has been processed.
